Choose the appropriate request
Use this pathway for a privacy access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, opt-out, or appeal request; a policy question; an accessibility concern; an intellectual property notice; or another formal legal communication.
What to include
Include your full name, email address, country and state or region, the type of request, the DHG website or portfolio company involved, and enough detail for us to understand and respond. Do not email passwords, complete financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive records.
Identity and authority
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. An authorized representative should identify the person represented and may be asked to provide proof of authorization.
Response process
DHG will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, record-retention duties, security needs, or the rights of others. Where applicable, a response will explain a denial and available appeal options.
